    Inflammation means the body's immune system is on fire. We will discuss poor diets that store sticky stuff in our blood and tissues.

    We will discuss how to avoid the sticky stuff and reduce inflammation.

  • Activity: Meal Planning

    Feel confident about planning well balanced meals.

  • Activity: Deep Breathing

    Learn how to relieve stress by deep breathing.

  • Activity: Healthy Recipe

    We will discuss healthy snack/meal options.
