The purpose of these classes are to educate and inspire you on your health journey.


Make Healthy Your Hobby

 

  • Starts: Second Saturday of every month (except holiday weekends)
  • Schedule: September 14th, October 12th, November 9th
  • Time: 10:00 a.m. (Virtual) 


  • Session 2: Make Health Your Hobby

    Understand IRAH. An IRAH is an individual retirement account for health. Many people save money for retirement, but don't think about their bodies to better enjoy it.

  • Activity: Picture Reflection

    We will gather images that reflect the activity you would like to be able to do to motivate you to make health your hobby.

  • Activity: Label Reading

    We will review healthy and unhealthy packaged food items. We will discuss the different parts of a label and important words to look for in the ingredient list.

  • Activity: Healthy Recipe

    We will discuss healthy snack/meal options.
