    Based on the Nobel Prize-winning medical breakthrough...Your body makes its own medicine. In this course, you will learn how to help your body make its own medicine.

    Gather pertinent medical information and emergency contacts.

  • Activity: Pills & Skills

    Learn to implement specific skills that improve your health. This may help your body need less medication to treat illness or disease your body is fighting. 

  • Activity: Healthy Recipe

    We will discuss healthy snack/meal options.

Health Goals... 

Hydration is key to staying healthy. Use your body weight as a guide to how much water you should consume daily.


Here’s the formula: Take your own body weight and divide that number in half - that is the number of ounces of water you should drink daily. For example, a 200 lbs person should drink at least 100 oz of water per day.
