    Your waist size is a very strong indicator of your overall health. We will discuss toxic waist effects and how to reduce them.

    We will learn simple and fun exercises you can incorporate into your new exercise routines.

  • Activity: Healthy Recipe

    We will discuss healthy snack/meal options.
